High above Slick Rock Creek, the panoramic mountain view is worth a million. The existing driveway is overgrown. The top of the hill has a flat building site. The owner was told the original use of the land was for a barn. There are waterlines under the road way on top so any perk test must be done with knowledge of the location of those lines.
